Drop a little way downhill from İstiklal Avenue and you'll find this tiny ground-floor shop in an ivy-covered building; it got famous after Anthony Bourdain stopped by on TV. Pick from the cooler out front: spicy Adana, mild Urfa or chicken şiş. It goes over charcoal, then gets rolled into thin lavaş with onion and parsley. Reviews all mention the smoke and the heat.
