Nearly every white rose dumpling (bánh bao bánh vạc) on a Hội An menu is made here and sent out around town. It's a plain neighbourhood eatery, and at the tables in back you can watch staff pinch translucent rice dough into little roses. The menu is basically two things, steamed dumplings and fried wontons, so food arrives fast. Solo? Order the half-and-half plate.
