The sign is tiny and the room is cramped, but the queue out front gives it away. At the end of the line you tell the man slicing beef which cut you want, pay, take your bowl and hunt for a seat. The broth is deep and slightly sweet, which is why many count it among Hanoi's top three phở shops. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
