A local seafood chain with several branches; branch 3, across from Sun World, is the one travellers end up in. The big blue dining hall is lined with tanks and whatever you pick goes straight to the kitchen. Order the Hạ Long squid cakes first: hand-pounded squid fried golden, far chewier than any fishcake.
