On Borgo San Jacopo near the Ponte Vecchio, the first dining room sits in an old tower with bare stone walls. As the name says, wild boar leads: cold sliced boar and boar stew with polenta. Pasta includes taglierini with pesto and strozzapreti in melted butter.
