Address: 10 Lady Lawson Street, just off Lauriston Place

It occupies a former costume warehouse. The kitchen works with Scottish produce nose to tail and preserves in-house, which earned it a Michelin star and the Green Star for sustainability. In 2026 it was named Best Restaurant in Scotland at the National Restaurant Awards. It is in the middle of the Old Town but a block away from the tourist drag.
