A small restaurant on Henderson Street in Leith. Chefs Sam Yorke and Tomas Gormley began with at-home pop-ups in lockdown and won a Michelin star in 2023. Yorke was 25, the youngest chef in Scotland to earn one. It cooks with farm produce, with an a la carte menu and tasting menus that change every few weeks.
