Da Nang itineraries
Downtown, Son Tra and My Khe in a day
From a Han Market breakfast to the Dragon Bridge fire show, this is every place people actually go in Da Nang, in one day. No Hoi An, no Ba Na Hills, and you still get the city.
Hoi An lanterns, two days
Base yourself on the river in Hoi An. Basket boats in the coconut forest, then the old town once the lanterns come on; the next day An Bang beach and the Marble Mountains on the way back, a bowl of mi quang in Da Nang and off to the airport. Da Nang is just the way through.
Three days from My Khe
Stay at An Thuong by My Khe. Day one loops the Son Tra peninsula and a Han River boat, day two is the Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hills and a hot-spring soak, day three crosses the Hai Van Pass to the Nam O fishing village. Sleep by the beach, head for the hills.
