Every evening several boats leave the Han River piers and run up and down the river. The point is to sit mid-stream while the bridges, the Han River swing bridge, the Dragon Bridge, Tran Thi Ly, cycle through their colours. Each boat sells its own add-ons, from deck shows to dinner, and the weekend 8pm sailing puts you on the water facing the Dragon Bridge when it breathes fire at 9, with no crowd in the way. About an hour and a half, it fits around dinner.
