The Frederiksberg flagship of the bakery opened by former Tartine head baker Richard Hart. Each morning sourdough loaves and butter-heavy pastries fill the counter. Reviewers praise the shattering croissant layers, and on weekends the cardamom buns and tebirkes go early. There are around ten branches now, but this is where it started.
