Rick Bayless's first restaurant, the place that taught America regional Mexican cooking. Think moles, ceviche and a menu that changes often, not a taco counter, and it's on the MICHELIN Guide Chicago 2025 Bib Gourmand list. Inspectors suggest opening with the Frontera ceviche of Pacific albacore and single out the table-shaken margaritas and the moles. Next door is Topolobampo, the same chef's starred dining room.
