The Hotel Zone's neighbourhood taco joint, where people go once resort prices wear them down. It sits behind the Aloft hotel, next door to Hiroya Ramen. The crisp-fried tripe (tripa) taco is the one to try, usually alongside beef, chicken and a bowl of guacamole. There are outdoor tables and an indoor room, plus a sink up front because this is eat-with-your-hands food. A second branch sits on Av. Las Playas on the downtown side.
