Cancún's long-running lobster house, under a thatched roof at the end of a wooden pier over Nichupté Lagoon; the official site claims more than 35 years. You choose a live Caribbean spiny lobster from the tank, pay by weight, and pick how it is cooked: grilled, steamed, broiled or in garlic butter. The menu posted in December 2025 lists 22 lobster dishes alone. Go around sunset, when the sun drops over the lagoon.
