A steakhouse on the lagoon side of the Hotel Zone strip. Beef runs from Kobe and Black Onyx to USDA Prime, and a separate raw bar stacks oysters, lobster and shrimp. Reviewers keep bringing up the tomahawk and the 24k carrot cake. It opens around 1 p.m. and runs to about 1 a.m., so dinner timing is forgiving.
