A clifftop park wrapping the southern tip of Yeongdo island, with a forest road looping past lookouts and a lighthouse. You can walk it, but most people hop on and off the Danubi, a little circular road train, at the observatory, Yeongdo Lighthouse and Taejongsa temple. Below the lighthouse, Sinseon Rock shows layer upon layer of ancient sediment, and on a clear day Tsushima floats on the horizon. A tent of grilled clams by the rocks, eaten with the sea in front of you, is part of the routine.
