This seawall park sits right next to Gwangalli, with the bridge hanging dead ahead. Every tier of the deck is full of people facing the water. Next door, the Millak fishermen's fish market sells raw fish you carry out and eat on a mat, a habit that goes back years. At sunset you watch the bridge change colour bit by bit. Everyone takes their own trash home.
