The slope behind Busan Station is stacked with homes built by Korean War refugees, and Ibagu is the local dialect word for story. The best-known stop is the steep 168-step staircase dropping straight toward the port. An inclined elevator now stands where the old monorail ran. From the lookout at the top, the harbor cranes and the sea sit in one frame.
