In a city that runs on milmyeon, this place made the Michelin Guide Busan with naengmyeon alone. It is the Seoul style: buckwheat noodles in a mild meat broth. The perilla-oil cold noodles and North Korean-style dumplings sell almost as well. Plates of sliced pork and braised pork explain why some tables are on a daytime drink.
