Yapak is the island's toughest dive: walls that drop past 30 m, with whitetip and grey reef sharks, barracuda and schools of jacks passing along them. Punta Bunga next door is a gentler sloping wall with broad flat plateaus, usually done as a drift. The west side is calmest from about October to May.
