The breakfast stall that visitors staying in Wangfujing line up at instead of the hotel buffet. Batter spread thin on a griddle, an egg cracked over it, then a crisp cracker, lettuce and sauce folded inside: a jianbing takes minutes. They also sell guanbing, lightly fried flatbread filled with egg. One reviewer swears by the version with shredded potato.
